Article 2 — Products
REFIT Pro™ offers men's compression undershirts designed to sculpt the silhouette and support posture. Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Minor variations in appearance do not constitute grounds for liability.
Our products are not medical devices and do not replace professional medical advice.

Article 3 — Pricing
All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately. REFIT Pro™ reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed at the time of order.

Article 4 — Orders
Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. An order is considered final upon payment confirmation and email acknowledgement.

Article 5 — Payment
Payment is required at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. If payment is declined, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Article 6 — Delivery
Delivery terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy. REFIT Pro™ cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Article 7 — Right of Cancellation
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel your order without giving a reason. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.

Article 8 — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
REFIT Pro™ offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products, subject to the conditions described in our Refund Policy. This guarantee does not constitute a promise of individual results.

Article 9 — Liability
REFIT Pro™ shall not be held liable for improper use of products or use that does not comply with the provided guidelines.

Article 11 — Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
