REFIT Pro™ — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your REFIT Pro™. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.

ELIGIBILITY
— Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
— Products must be unworn or in original condition with tags attached.
— Proof of purchase is required.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
1. Email us at contact@get-refit.com with your order number.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
3. Post the item back using the label provided.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES
If the size isn't right, we'll send you the correct size free of charge. Simply email us at contact@get-refit.com and we'll arrange the exchange immediately.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at contact@get-refit.com.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
